About The Role


The Growth Marketing team at IKS Health is seeking an experienced Director of Account Based Marketing to drive our ambitious goals by leveraging best-in-class demand generation, ABM strategies, and competitive campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in creating, accelerating, and converting pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare industry knowledge and success in orchestrating targeted programs for large healthcare brands.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop integrated growth and account-based programs to support pipeline building, acceleration, and conversion.
    Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align priorities, adjusting strategies as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
    Oversee and track the execution of growth and ABM programs, including measurement and reporting of performance against KPIs and goals.
    Communicate effectively across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes, and results. Champion the marketing team's impact on the business.
    Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with sales initiatives and key account targets.
    Manage the development and execution of IKS Health's ABM and field marketing programs to drive leads and optimize funnel conversion rates.
    Continuously seek ways to enhance performance, maintaining a constant cadence of testing, analysis, and smart experimentation.
    Leverage data-driven insights to understand performance trends, identify issues, propose solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
    Provide insight into channels, platform and technology needs for program and growth trajectory.
    Build trusted relationships with the sales team, marketing, and other critical departments. Provide cross-functional leadership and drive discussions on key sales pipelines and revenue-generating initiatives.


Required Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and managing teams, executing high-volume digital and demand generation programs, and driving rapid growth
    Demonstrated success in developing innovative and ground-breaking growth marketing and ABM programs
    Deep knowledge and experience in building and executing growth and account-based marketing plans across various channels including email, webinars, digital/inbound marketing, social media, and events
    Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions to achieve scalable results
    Results and data-driven with excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Proficient in marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms such as Zoominfo, Hubspot, and Salesforce
    Strong program leadership skills with the ability to lead, communicate, implement, and analyze initiatives in a fast-paced environment
    Understanding of and passion for healthcare industry transformation, particularly in the context of revenue cycle, value-based care, clinical workflows, and/or digital health solutions
    Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving healthcare marketing and sales challenges
    In-depth understanding of content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and measurement
    Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communication
