About the Position
Our Customer Success team embodies the voice of COAST, delivering our most personal and impactful brand experiences. As a key member of this team, your friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach will not only shape our customers' perception of COAST but also drive meaningful sales growth. We seek a dynamic individual who is passionate about contributing to our legacy of innovation, leveraging creative problem-solving to exceed customer expectations and foster lasting relationships that translate into business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and live chat, while identifying sales opportunities.
  • Greet customers at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming first impression to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist with order placement and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Process warranty claims with a focus on customer satisfaction and upsell potential.
  • Provide detailed product information to guide purchasing decisions and promote COAST products.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, building long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, using product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Share insights on customer trends and sales opportunities with management to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated multitasker with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Shopify a plus

This is a full-time, Hybrid position 3 in office, 2 WRH, from COAST’s Portland, Oregon HQ office location.
Hours are 7:45a-5p.

Compensation Details
Salary                            $21- $24 DOE
PTO                               10 days, in addition, COAST offers 7 paid days for Holidays.
Kaiser Health Plan      Effective the 1st of the month following 30 days from FTE hire date.
401K w/ matching       Effective 1-year after FTE hire date
