Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage inbound phone calls, provide accurate over-the-phone estimates based on customer job details and needs, and book jobs with precise and detailed notes and customer information.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate estimates for handyman services.
- Book jobs ensuring all customer information and notes are detailed and precise.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in managing an ever-changing schedule.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Continuously learn and develop within the role, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Manage multiple screens and tabs efficiently.
- Prior experience or knowledge of home construction basics (e.g., drywall, carpentry, flooring, tile, exteriors).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute).
- Ability to manage multiple screens and tabs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated reliability and professional approach to work.
- Commitment to improving processes and contributing to team success.
- Special consideration for candidates with experience dispatching in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical companies.
- PTO offered after a 90-day trial period (2 weeks per year).

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
