Due to an increase in our clients' service capabilities and demand, our firm is immediately hiring an energetic, friendly, and driven entry-level Marketing Assistant.

Our Marketing Assistant engages with potential customers and creates new sales acquisitions from product inquiries. We are looking for an entry-level professional full of potential to learn, grow, and add a special touch to our team. As skill and professionalism increase, so do internal growth opportunities, and we are always willing to train the right candidate. 

Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:

• Follow up with all consumer product inquiries.
• Educate the consumer on all promotions, sales, and brand benefits
• Become an expert negotiator, successfully handling customer objections and account discrepancies to close sales
• Aid in consumer retention, brand growth, and profitability.
• Maintain attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions.
• Build a skilled understanding of client services, industry, and systems to provide adequate customer service.

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
