AlphaGraphics in the Cultural District seeks a seasoned Marketing Strategist to join our team as a valued contributor. This individual is responsible for delivering strategic communications solutions that help our corporate and non-profit clients achieve their goals.
 
The ideal candidate will be capable of facilitating client meetings, serving as a strategic resource to the sales team, and managing a program from strategy through execution including plan development, budget management, creative development, campaign performance monitoring, data analysis, and campaign ROI measurement.
 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop client relationships and assess their marketing and/or communications needs as an integral part of sales efforts, in collaboration with CEO and account executives.

  • Translate business objectives into strategic marketing plans and solutions.

  • Provide proactive communication to all parties involved in the project throughout each project lifecycle.

  • Manage project timelines and budgets.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for SEO, SEM, social, web, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Create and implement variable, automated, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Develop content for social, web, and video channels.

  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to lead brainstorming sessions, establish a pricing strategy, determine timelines, and facilitate effective communication between team members, vendors, and clients.

  • Perform creatively within client-driven deadlines and pay acute attention to detail.

  • Maintain knowledge of marketing and communication trends and best practices, particularly new media.

  • Maintain proficiency in Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other tools necessary to perform job functions.

  • Assist with the development and execution of AlphaGraphics in the Cultural District’s marketing strategy and contribute to lead generation efforts.

    • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive, yearly marketing plan to assist with the growth and expansion of the company’s products and/or services.

    • Execute integrated creative strategies that meet the company’s business objectives and support our brand.

    • Maintain our brand standards across all marketing and communication channels.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing capacity

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
