Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in HVAC & Plumbing Commercial Construction and Project Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and various construction management software

Education:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • NYS Drivers License
