Job Description



Adomi is seeking a Project Manager (PM) with a passion for all phases of multidisciplinary projects and a desire to lead challenging projects in the U.S real estate marketplace. We are a fast-paced group tasked to provide innovative solutions by utilizing new technologies that present our customers a new holistic solution. We are customer-obsessed and always strive to provide the best professional experience while driving the most value for Adomi.



As a project manager, you will assist with the management of projects by driving work through various operational departments to meet project requests and goals. This includes creating work orders for tasks associated with data intake, processing, hosting and production and completing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product before release to clients. Our project managers are hands on with the advanced technology: running advanced analytics, technology assisted review projects, production sweeps and dynamic quality control steps.



This position requires strong leadership, excellent client management skills, and experience in leading projects with cross-functional technical and operational teams. Successful candidates must be action-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to executive, business, technical, and client audiences. In addition, the ideal candidate needs to be able to establish an effective project management approach that will deliver on the goals and objectives of all assigned projects.



Job Description



Manage Adomi’s projects - full life cycle from content definition through system design, planning resources allocation, schedule, risk analysis, development execution tracking until project delivery.


Drive continuous improvement to effectiveness, velocity, predictability and reduce risks of our product lifecycle process.


Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with the content and quality that were committed.


Coordinate internal resources and external partners for a flawless execution of the project.


Record and manage project issues and escalating where necessary.


Conduct debrief sessions to constantly improve the execution flow and teams involve.


Resolve cross-department/companies issues at project level.


Provide weekly status report during a project installation.


Work closely with customer support and developers to insure smooth hand-over of the system.


Facilitate meetings between key project stakeholders.



Qualifications



Relevant academic degree(s) or equivalent


At least 3 years of experience in project management of technology based systems.


Have an understanding of the building development cycle.


Technical “hands on” approach to both computational systems and electronics.


Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.


Can-do attitude, self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated strong sense of ownership and delivery.


Detailed, mission oriented, yet see the big picture of the project and take decisions accordingly.


Strong collaboration skills and ability to interface and collaborate with multiple teams, from different backgrounds and functions.


Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
