Job Description
Agile Solutions ArchitectSFDC Architecture"In-depth technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, multi-cloud solutions, and Agile practices at the enterprise level. Participate in design and develops overall solution architecture, high level design and manage technical dependencies. Liaise with BCBSRI s lead architect and business analyst for overall solution development, identify dependencies and resolve contingencies / issues, as necessary and appropriate. Map the requirements with SFDC and highlight alternative approach / design suggestion / technical challenges. Responsible for all technical design documentation and delivery. Manage interactions and workshops with other required architects. Ensure thorough execution of all scrum ceremonies following industry best practices and alignment with Salesforce OOTB features." (1.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (2.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (3.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (4.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents (5.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
