SUMMARY:                                                                                          

The Clinical Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing clinical marketing plans, training programs, and developing tools that highlight the clinical value proposition of LifeSync technology. Also, this manager will work with key physician champions to drive consistency and excellence in utilizing LifeSync technology. You will also assist the sales force and marketing team with ongoing field needs, device demonstrations, and customer training. This role will require detailed technical/clinical knowledge of Life Sync’s products and a solid knowledge of the clinical marketplace.

 

 The Clinical Marketing Manager will attend and present at LifeSync’s sponsored events, including customer in-service, workshops, tradeshows, social media events, webinars (live and on-demand), and clinical spotlights. Responsibilities extend to supporting the needs of sales, marketing, and the engineering/service departments, analyzing customer feedback on products and advising how to improve user experience. The Clinical Marketing Manager will also identify new Business Opportunities develop, and promote pipeline targets to align with Business Goals.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage LifeSync clinical product positioning and messaging efforts.
  • Work closely with all of Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, and other functions to develop new customer support collateral, case studies, and clinical "tips and tricks" material to meet our utilization and procedure adoption goals.
  • Partner with key clinical (customers) champions to develop and implement leading patient monitoring (clinical) marketing programs and symposia to drive competency and utilization of LifeSync technology.
  • Develop and implement promotional programs based on peer-to-peer interaction for clinical and technical validation.
  • Manage relationships with key societies and organizations to integrate LifeSync clinical and educational activities; define, develop, and implement LifeSync's presence at key conferences.
  • Monitor product utilization and tracking.
  • Gather and disseminate customer feedback.
  • Work closely with clinical and medical affairs to implement clinical & publication strategies that will support LifeSync Neuro and Cardiac marketing goals.
  • Understand the competitive landscape for diagnosing and monitoring neuro and cardiac conditions.
  • Create and launch clinically based marketing materials to our field to support a deeper understanding of our procedure and outcomes.
  • Manage the clinical development and promotion of all LifeSync products.
  • Provide clinical input to Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Field Service regarding equipment performance and new product specifications.
  • Answers clinical and product questions from doctors, nurses, technologists, sales representatives, and other personnel.
  • Research and keep up with industry changes to identify new trends, products, and customer needs for new product development.
  • Support coordination of trade shows according to the company's needs on the different LOB and recommend different types of the most relevant clinical interests aligned with the company's current product applications, including strategies and tactics.
  • Execute new product addition and price analysis process for the Neurodiagnostic business.
  • Work closely with the cardiac and neuromonitoring community to strengthen current relationships, develop new KOLs for LifeSync, and assist in research studies with our product solutions.
  • Provide analytical and statistical support to the team on various clinical and marketing projects.
  • Support and coordinate the delivery of regulatory documentation requirements for new business development overseas.
  • Initiate strategic business initiatives and partnerships with key vendors and suppliers to increase profitability and support business development.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement strategic plans to identify new Business Opportunities with existing and new Customers to align with Business Goals.
  • Cultivate and develop lasting relationships with customers to grow customer base and loyalty.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting required.
  • Education and clinical experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse or Certified Technologist preferred.
  • Medical product clinical educator or sales/marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of patient monitoring and ECG preferred.
  • Ability to operate EEG/EMG devices to perform in-house clinical testing of products to support customer complaint process, competitive product quality assessment. 
  • Experience in all Neurodiagnostic modalities to understand customer complaints and how to improve products in the right direction.
  • A thorough understanding of training and development techniques, and the ability to deliver training. 
  • Ability to build professional relationships with corporate clients and internal sales team to support their efforts. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to coordinate large programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze feedback in a training environment to develop strategies to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Ability to be managed remotely.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Previous e-commerce interface experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – understanding the needs of Hispanic customers for the

      potential to expand overseas. 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Not Required.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


PHYSICAL DEMAND: 

Extended hours sitting at a computer desk and answering calls as needed. Attend various meetings internally and externally. Will attend trade shows and conferences were standing for long periods of time are required. Regularly required to stand; walk; talk; use hands to handle objects and feel controls; reach; climb stairs; stop; crouch; listen and have vision capabilities that enable reading and writing on paper and computer. May occasionally lift objects up to 25lbs.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

  • Travel to visit customers and/or company events and representatives
