MV Transportation, Inc. has an opening for a Data Analytics Manager in Dallas, TX. Job duties include: Review data received from the operations and maintenance and make recommendations to the VP/GM. Compile data in Trapeze, Spear 4i, Infor EAM, Swiftly, Avanade, Microsoft and third-party reporting systems used by MV and use this data to make recommendations regarding staffing needs, changes to non-dedicated assignments, and adjustments to parameters, with the overall goal of service efficiency and performance.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Requires two (2) years of experience as a Data Analytics Manager, Data Operations Manager, Insights and Reporting Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, or related role/capacity. Requires two (2) years of experience in the following: experience in public transportation operations; experience developing data pipelines; experience integrating data into single data model; experience administrating Microsoft Azure Data Architecture; experience assessing and resolving technical process failures in systems; experience providing technical leadership to team members; experience building PowerApp applications; experience building Automate flows Create Forms in MS Forms; experience utilizing Sequel Querie Language for data analysis; experience utilizing PowerBI Azure Data Factory; experience utilizing Azure SynapseData Warehouse; experience utilizing Azure Power Apps; and experience utilizing Azure PowerBI. Requires 1 year of experience utilizing MS Forms. Will also accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 25% domestic travel. Hybrid work benefit available.
