CNC Machinist - Cutting Tool Sales
Use your knowledge of machining and tooling to provide technical advice and help our customers increase tool performance, extend tool life, and improve their processes.
If you enjoy talking to people and helping them find solutions, this would be a great fit. Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
- Call on new and existing accounts in the Des Moines and Central Iowa areas
- Assist customers by providing technical expertise and product information, and offering solutions and recommendations
- Write and follow up on quotes and close sales
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position
Requirements
- 3+ years of machine shop experience
- Related technical degree desirable - CNC Machining, Industrial Machinist, etc.
- Ability to ask great questions, uncover needs, and offer tooling solutions and alternatives
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient PC/computer skills
- Salaried position transitioning to commission
- Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record

- Salary/draw transitioning to commission. Initial salary/draw of $70,000-$80,000/year. Total potential earnings ranging from $80,000 - $100,000+/year
