OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Designer (part-time / 20 hours weekly) to join our team and help shape the future of partnerships with Independent Service Vendors (ISVs). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, tools, and systems that will enhance our partnerships with software producers. This position focuses on creating a seamless ISV journey, from integration development to marketing and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an end-to-end ISV service journey map, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging best practices from other programs.
- Propose improvements to the ISV journey in short, medium, and long-term phases, and manage the execution of related projects.
- Recommend enhancements to developer documentation, marketing pages, program guides, and other resources supporting ISV partnerships.
- Facilitate research activities to test and improve artifacts with ISVs.
- Design and lead co-creation workshops to align stakeholders on ISV program development.
- Present and represent your work through compelling narratives to inspire stakeholders and drive decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with strong leadership abilities.
- Expertise in user journey mapping and delivering end-to-end experiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A passion for solving complex problems and creating cohesive user experiences through design and product principles.
- Comfort in presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of management.
- Excellent ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects independently.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills within constraints.
Preferred:
- Experience facilitating research across multiple disciplines.
- Previous experience working with ISVs or within a SaaS company.
CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Hourly Rate: $100/hr, based on experience.
- Duration: Contract position (2 months) -- 20 hours / week part-time
- Start Date: To be determined, but aiming to start within the next few weeks.
