A Day in the Life of a Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be part of our IT team connecting our North American offices and our people together. New team members will depend on you to get them started off on the right foot by setting up their accounts and equipment. You'll be responsible for supporting the various technology systems that link us together and will have the opportunity to learn about the newest technologies and tools, collaborating with highly skilled technical and administrative staff, and solving problems as they arise. You'll work for a company that values your strengths and encourages you to grow your career while working with a creative and dynamic team.
We are targeting a salary range of $55,000.00 to $63,000.00 for this position.

This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. We are in the process of moving our office, however the selected office will be centrally located and easily accessed on foot, by bicycle, and via transit.
