You will exercise these technical competencies as you engage with clients answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and more.

Responsibilities






  • Provide outstanding, real-time technical support for GSC customers via phone and email
  • Update and maintain current customer support database NetSuite
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Provide data on trends during service calls
  • Contribute to the creation of whitepapers, blogs and videos for marketing and informational use
  • Use the following programs daily: NetSuite (CRM), Microsoft Teams and Outlook, SharePoint, ShareFile, GoToResolve
  • Strive for continuous improvement through education, training, and certifications
  • Troubleshoot using SQL

 









Qualifications






  • 2+ years of Mechanical Design or Engineering related degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Solidworks and able to guide users through the software is a must
  • 1+ years’ experience using 3D CAD software is ideal
  • Prior experience in a software help desk or customer service environment would be great, but not necessary
  • IT skills including CMD commands, Windows permissions, and Windows registry would be great
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and on-line applications (GoToResolve, ShareFile, etc.)
